Custom items cannot be returned.  However, I believe in full customer satisfaction and if there are any concerns with the product quality or if the order was not made to your request I will work with you to replace the item. 

Once your order is complete I will calculate shipping costs and provide a final invoice.  Upon payment your product will ship via USPS.
